American Express raised intrest rates without informing me and with no reason

American Express raised my rate from 10.25% to 17.25% with out an opt out option or with no notice. I have good credit, have never paid them or any of my other cards late and I have good credit!!! They raised it for NO REASON and didn't give me an out!!! This should be illegal now not in a few weeks or months!!!
