It does like this,...i lost some amount frm card accidently...now I wanna request statement to check details of payments I made...
first I hav 2 go 2 bank to activate my card....then when I jst wanted Amex to send me up to date statement to my e-mail..they say to again come to bank n call from there...
i mean common ...my mail is with them when I was signing up for AMEX...now they r sayin to come to bank n tell them tht e-mail again ...
their service is so damn pathetic.......
I'm throwing AMEX now, and signing up for MASTER CARD...
good riddance...
