Dont go for it. Bad service and uncooperative - Credit card

I have enrolled for it just 2 months back because Costco membership needs it. I had setup full auto-pay immediately I received card to make sure that I will not miss any bills. But first bill haven't gone through it though auto-pay was setup. They charged penalty of 29% of my outstanding balance. I called customer service center and explained this.

But no help. They said that unfortunately they can not rollback the computers secession and I have to pay the penalty and I will stop getting all benefits and my new interest rate will be 29%. I talk with senior customer representative but no use. I canceled the card immediately.

They will not help you even you are genuine. I would say this is a trap. Don't do a business with the people who don't have any sense of customer relationship.
